what we do:
  • We provide a superior Pro Appeal document for you to print, sign and submit to the state government for your appeal.
  • Your Pro Appeal document will make a strong case for the assessment reduction you deserve, based on a comprehensive, thorough analysis of nearby, similar properties which sold recently.
  • Our user-friendly, online Appeal Navigator tool will guide you through the appeal process with clear, simple instructions at each step. You can handle your appeal with confidence.
  • We thoroughly research and prepare your appeal documents, using our sophisticated analytics, computer programs and extensive databases. We submit the documents to the state government.
  • We represent your appeal at appeal hearings at the Supervisor of Assessments appeal level and the Property Tax Assessment Appeals Board appeal level.
  • We keep you informed by email on the progress and outcome of your appeal.
how it works:
  • Using the Appeal Navigator, you'll complete a brief online interview to provide the information needed to complete your Pro Appeal document.
  • Using your computer, you'll print the Pro Appeal document we provide, then sign and submit it to the state government. The Appeal Navigator will provide complete instructions on what to do.
  • If you choose to have appeal hearings, the Appeal Navigator will provide specific talking points and suggestions for you to be effective.
  • To initiate our service, you'll provide us a deposit of $100 which will be applied to the amount you will owe as a result of your appeal's outcome.
  • From our website, you'll print the completed state government form authorizing us to represent your appeal. You'll sign and return this form to us.
  • You'll spend 15 minutes with us on the phone discussing your property and your appeal. We'll want to identify any other possible assessment reductions to argue for in your appeal.
  • Once that's done, we'll move forward on your appeal.
cost: $59
  • You'll pay no more than 25% of your projected first-year property tax savings resulting from an assessment reduction. You will pay nothing if your assessment is not reduced enough for you to realize any projected first-year property tax savings.
  • Before you initiate our service, we'll provide a simple fee schedule showing exactly how much you'll pay, depending on how much your property's assessment is reduced. Before you commit, you can be certain what you'll pay, based on your appeal's outcome.
  • We ask for a $100 deposit to be applied to what you'll owe. If as a result of your appeal you owe us nothing, your deposit will be returned.
guarantee:
  • We'll refund half of your purchase price if your assessment is not reduced by at least $10,000 or all of your purchase price if your assessment is not reduced by at least $5,000.
  • See Self Service Appeal terms and conditions for complete details.
  • You pay only if your property's assessment is reduced at least enough for you to realize some projected first-year property tax savings.
  • Consult the fee schedule that you will be provided before initiating a Full Service Appeal to see exactly how much you will pay, depending on how much your property's assessment is reduced.
eligibility:
  • Your property is eligible for our Self Service Appeal if we believe your property is over-assessed and a case can be made to lower your assessment enough so you'll realize at least $300 in projected total property tax savings.
  • Your property is eligible for our Full Service Appeal if we believe your property is over-assessed and a case can be made to lower your assessment enough so you'll realize at least $1,000 in projected first-year property tax savings.
