Larry Giammo

co-founder

Larry has experience as both an elected official and business leader.

From 2001 to 2007, Larry served three terms as mayor of Rockville, Maryland. He led the successful redevelopment of Rockville's town center, efficiency and customer service gains across a wide array of city services, the achievement of the "triple A" credit rating for the city government, and much improved overall transparency and public accountability of the city government. In 2007, Larry decided to return to the private sector rather than seek another term.

Larry's private sector experience, prior to co-founding Property Tax Pros, includes serving as:

  • Managing director of the US subsidiary of a London-based public policy analytics firm. He focused on the measurement, reporting and improvement of academic outcomes and return on investment of academic expenditures among US colleges.
  • Managing director of the Corporate Leadership Council in Washington, D.C., a business unit of the Corporate Executive Board, providing strategic consulting and advice, business management analytics, and best practices research to senior executives at nearly 1,000 corporations worldwide.
  • Associate with Mercer Management Consulting helping telecommunication companies in the US and Australia achieve multi-million dollar operational improvements.
  • Financial analyst for GE Information Services in Rockville and London, where he had responsibilities in financial analysis, budget management, and corporate accounting.

Larry holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and Bachelors' degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Maryland.

Jason Bulson

co-founder

Jason is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in business operations and project management, technology implementation, application and software development, and database management.

Jason's experience, prior to co-founding Property Tax Pros, includes serving as:

  • Managing partner at Capital Reach, which specializes in the development and use of sophisticated, web-based streaming media technologies to deliver conferences to worldwide audiences on behalf of medical associations.
  • Vice president and general manager for webcasting operations at Loudeye Corp., a leading provider of business-to-business digital media services.
  • Vice president responsible for application development at Streampipe, a webcasting provider.
  • Co-founder of 4ward Logic, an innovative provider of web-based multimedia solutions.
  • Project manager for development of the first web-based solutions at the Federal Reserve.
Jason holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from SUNY Albany.

Susan Bibeault

co-founder

Susan has extensive experience and capabilities as an application and software developer. Prior to co-founding Property Tax Pros, Susan served as system architect and lead programmer across numerous information system projects during her tenures at Capital Reach, Streampipe, 4ward Logic and the Federal Reserve.

Susan holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's degree in Science in Mathematics from Catholic University of America.
