- We will thoroughly research and prepare your appeal documents, and represent your appeal at appeal hearings.
- You pay only if your assessment is reduced, based on how much we project you'll save on your property tax bills as a result. Before you initiate our service, we'll provide a fee schedule showing exactly how much you'll pay, depending on how much your assessment is reduced.
- We ask for a $100 deposit to be applied to what you'll owe. If your assessment isn't reduced at all, you'll owe nothing and your deposit will be returned.
